Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to check and inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Returns

• If you wish to return a product at the time of delivery, a delivery charge of QR 15 will apply.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

After Delivery

• No returns or refunds will be accepted once delivery is completed.

• However, customers may exchange the product for another item. A QR 15 delivery charge will apply for exchanges.
